Five Groups Work Together To Improve Cycling For Everyone

Maumee Valley Adventurers recently helped bring the first self-service bicycle repair stations to northwest Ohio. MVA was one of five local clubs to purchase Dero Fixit stations, four of which have been installed. Board member Keith Webb, who proposed the idea to Metropark and contacted the bike clubs, and President Judith Wilkinson (left) visited the first bike station at the McCord Road access to the University/Parks Trail May 15, along with representatives of the other clubs and Nate Ramsey, supervisor of the trail and adjacent Wildwood Preserve Metropark.
